Sushi Oyama

Sushi Oyama is the best restaurant in Shanghai.

It is the best restaurant that I have been to in Shanghai, at least.

It has already won plenty of ‘awards’, which are not worth anything in themselves, but the point is that Sushi Oyama is well-known, by some.

Yet if you live in Shanghai and have still not been there – you must make a plan to go there.

It is expensive – around 800 RMB per person for the set menu – but it is worth it, due to the quality.

Even if you then need to not eat out at circa 100 – 200 RMB restaurant for 5 times in order to save up, it is worth the choice.

The imported Japanese ingredients and team of Japanese chefs/cooks who have been there since it opened four years ago, combine to make an unforgettable and enjoyable experience.

There is no point in writing more, or showing many photos, because the taste of the different food options will enchant your time at Sushi Oyama.

It is at 20 Donghu rd. Ask to sit by the sushi bar area.
